As we mark National Apprenticeship Week, we want to give a shout out to two of our apprentices here at Optimum who are making great strides in their careers, training as accountants.
Both Callum Morton and Zach Bunce are doing exceptionally well, and proving a real asset to our business. Well done to both of them for completing their level 3 AAT qualifications. They are now moving onto level 4.
“I think the apprenticeship route is an excellent way to get into a profession, and in fact if I had my time again I think I’d take the shop floor route,” said Hannah Matthews, Optimum’s Assurance and Accounts Manager, who oversees the apprentices.
“They have both been a huge help, with Zach now working in tax and Callum staying in accounts. Our message is that apprentices, even though they are starting out and in a junior role, still have a massive impact in terms of helping us support our client portfolio.”
